Looking for one of the best places to volunteer? It's KCWA. As a registered CVITP volunteer from CRA, I witnessed premium package of spirit and services with friendly environment! ^^

I was provided with a great service from this institute. I was lost, not knowing what to do, but the KCWA staff helped me out. Ever since then, I did some volunteer work there and saw them work. I was impressed by their mind. They wanted to help people as much as possible and really cared for their clients. I learned a lot from them and it was a greatful experience.

Genuinely good people who work here. I always got friendly services when I needed help. I would like to thank Gloria Choe for her help. She helped me to get my permanent resident and I finally got my PR last week. Thank you!

It's a great association. The staffs were very nice! They tried to help people who need help, not only Korean. They supply tax service every March and April. It's very helpful!

I've visited KCWA family and social services today and also last week for my PR application, staff that was assigned for me: Ms. Kim was very helpful, organized, and it was free of charged consultation. Staff also said they do the translation service and lots of other services, if you are Korean and want to consult regarding life in Canada, you should consult with KCWA staff :-)Thank you for your help.

It may look like a small place, but it is not! Social workers here are very passionate, professional and caring - they will willingly sit with you to work on your problems even for a long time. If you live in the vicinity, I recommend to check their monthly seminars as well - they offer a variety of professional seminars from how to file taxes to how to apply for a citizenship. Thanks KCWA for your service to the community, and please keep up the good work!

They are not professional at all more over senior consultant didn't have basic customer service mind, need an education good for made customer upsetDon't waste my tax money

This service was very helpful and a great resource to help me through my difficult situation. Their free services helped me when I had no other options and was very lost. This is an amazing service to those who can not speak English very well and I would highly recommend!

I think that KCWA is one of the most useful orgarnizations for immigrants in Canada. I would like to share my experience.1. I got some very useful information posted by KCWA when I was a new immigrant.There were many, but the most wonderful information was about a free government program. I took a horticulture technician course for 8 months at Humber college, and I could have the first job experience in Canada after the completion of the course.2. KCWA helped my family and me to renew PR card and apply for the Canadian citizenship.3. I attended some useful KCWA seminars such as legal guide, tax guide, and education workshop etc. Besides, I was able to participate as a volunteer for the education workshop.4. My children took some classes such as Essay class, and French class at KCWA. They were very helpful, too.Thanks to KCWA~♡

I have attended several seminars and events hosted by this organization and learned some good skills. I definitely recommend to go here if you are a newcomer to Canada or seek for some experience for free.
